Histogenics builds on NeoCart deal-stoked up move, shares ahead 5%Thinly traded nano cap Histogenics (HSGX+4.5%) is up double normal volume, albeit on turnover of only 183K shares, on the heels of itsannouncement that it has received the $10M upfront payment from MEDINET related to the development and commercialization agreement for NeoCart in Japan.Shares have rallied almost50% since the agreement wasannounced on December 21, 2017. Histogenics is eligible for up to $87M in milestones and tiered royalties on net sales of NeoCart there.NeoCart is a tissue-engineered implant being developed to treat knee cartilage defects.
