MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Nov. 09, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Immunomedics, Inc., (NASDAQ:IMMU) (“Immunomedics” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to appoint Michael Pehl as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), effective December 7, 2017. He has also been appointed to the Board, effective as of the commencement date of Mr. Pehl’s employment. Immunomedics also announced that Brendan Delaney has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”) at Immunomedics, effective as of November 10, 2017. Michael Garone, current Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Interim CEO, will resume his role as CFO.
