Instructure -6.4% after launching 2.3M-share offering at discountInstructure (NYSE:INST) is6.4% lower after hours following news that it will seek apublic offering of 2.3M shares.The shares are said to be offered at $39-$40 each, Bloomberg reports -- a 2.9%-5.3% discount vs. today's close of $41.20. Shares are quoting at $38.55 after hours.All shares to be sold are being sold by the company.
