SYDNEY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- James Hardie Industries plc (ASX: JHX) (“James Hardie”) announced today the pricing of an offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 (the “2025 notes”) and $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2028 (the “2028 notes” and, together with the 2025 notes, the “notes”) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, James Hardie International Finance Designated Activity Company. The 2025 notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.75% per annum and the 2028 notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.00% per annum. The proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of outstanding borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility and capital expenditures, and to fund the redemption of all $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2023 and the payment of related transaction fees and
