RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Nov. 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cesca Therapeutics Inc. (“Cesca”) (NASDAQ:KOOL), a market leader in automated cell processing and point-of-care, autologous cell-based therapies, today announced a proposed registered public offering of its common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Dawson James Securities, Inc. is acting as exclusive placement agent for the offering. Cesca intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital. The shares are being offered pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3, as amended (File No. 333-212314), that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and declared effective on August 1, 2016.
