Long Blockchain gets delisting notice from NasdaqFormer beverage maker Long Blockchain (NASDAQ:LBCC) says in anSEC filing that it's gotten notice of delisting from Nasdaq.The move comes under discretionary authority Nasdaq has under its Rule 5101. That rule reserves authority to manage listings to "maintain the quality of and public confidence in its market, to prevent fraudulent and manipulative acts and practices, to promote just and equitable principles of trade, and to protect investors and the public interest."Nasdaq also said in its notification letter that it's revoking a prior notification that the company had regained compliance with the market value of listed securities requirement.The company can request a hearing no later than 4 p.m. next Thursday; it says it intends to request such a hearing.And even if the appeal is approved, the company still needs to get back in compliance with the MVLS rule by April 9.Sharesfell 11% today; they weredown 1.2% at last postmarket report.
