SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nexa Resources S.A. (“Nexa Resources” or the “Company”), together with Votorantim S.A., the Company’s controlling shareholder (“VSA”), announced today the closing of the initial public offering of 35,650,000 of the Company’s common shares at a public offering price of US$16.00 per share, which included an aggregate of 15,150,000 shares sold by VSA including pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option for 4,650,000 shares. The common shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange on October 27, 2017 under the ticker symbol “NEXA”. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BMO Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as global coordinators in this offering.
