MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rexnord Corporation (NYSE:RXN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend to holders of the 5.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of $14.375 per share (which dividend corresponds to $0.71875 per depositary share), payable on February 15, 2018 to stockholders of record as of February 1, 2018. About Rexnord Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Rexnord is comprised of two strategic platforms, Process & Motion Control and Water Management, with approximately 8,000 employees worldwide. The Process & Motion Control platform designs, manufactures, markets and services specified, highly-engineered mechanical components used within complex systems.
