Scientific Learning signs agreement to acquire BrainMapsScientific Learning (SCIL+10.2%) has signed a definitive agreement with Brain Maps Technology Co. Ltd. to acquire BrainMaps (Shanghai).BrainMaps combines Scientific Learning’s patented language learning technologies and a unique Online-to-Offline (O2O) methodology.“China is a country where education-focused parents spend on average more than 30 percent of household income on education, and where 84 percent of families spend money on after-school tutoring,” said Robert C.
