Seven Stars Cloud working to speed financial reportsAmong a number of business updates, Seven Stars Cloud (SSC+3.3%) says it's working with its auditor toshorten its usual time frame for issuing Q4 and full-year financials.The company typically files at the end of March, but it's working to speed that despite a pressed timeline due to a two-week Chinese New Year celebration. It plans to issue 2018 guidance as soon as preliminary January revenue data is captured and reviewed at month's end.It also says He Ying Private Equity Fund and Cosco -- funds set up initially just to partner with SSC on supply chain finance -- will also work on the company's asset-backed securitization and tokenization business.Its SuperApp is being repurposed from a recommendation engine toward becoming a value component of the company's B2B Dynamic Business Intelligence Engine. And the company is close to securing an interim Manhattan office space while it searches for a bigger U.S. headquarters.See all stocks
