ROSEVILLE, Calif., Dec. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sunworks, Inc. (Nasdaq:SUNW), a premier provider of high performance solar power solutions for agriculture, commercial, industrial (ACI), public works and residential markets, today announced the Company has reduced the size of its Board of Directors from eight to five as part of a strategic effort to streamline board operations. As part of this effort the following directors have resigned from the Board of Directors: Abe Emard, who has served as a director since February 2016 and will continue in an operational and sales leadership role with the CompanyBrigham Tomco, who has served as a director since April 2015John Van Slooten, who has served as a director since December 2014 As a result, of these changes the Sunworks Board of Directors is now comprised of five directors, three of whom are independent.
