FORT MILL, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Domtar Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock (NYSE: UFS) (TSX: UFS). The dividend of US$0.415 per share is payable on January 15, 2018 to stockholders of record on January 2, 2018.
