SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Uni-Pixel, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNXL), today announced that it commenced a public offering of shares of common stock and warrants to purchase common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.The offering will be conducted on a "best efforts" basis, with Roth Capital Partners, LLC serving as the lead placement agent with Ladenburg Thalmann and The Benchmark Company serving as co-placement agents.The offering of the shares of common stock and warrants will be made under the Company's effective shelf registration statement (File No. 333-200316) declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on July 10, 2015.
