Silvercorp Metals: Deep Value With Strong FundamentalsSummarySilvercorp Metals is deeply undervalued with no long-term debt and lots of cash. It is the cheapest among its peers.The CEO/Chairman has served the company since 2003 and owns 3% of outstanding stock. He has plenty of skin in the game.The Ying mine is extremely economical, production guidance for 2018 and 2019 is consistent to 2017. I expect price to be even better.Silvercorp enjoys a low cost competitive advantage. They are the cheapest producer among their peers.They recently acquired a 29.8% stake in promising New Pacific Metals (NUPMF). New Pacific is developing a silver mine in Bolivia.
