A Boring Article About 2 REITs Summary We closed our position in BPR. We are dropping BPR to a neutral rating. BPR was involved in a confusing buyout that allowed investors to make a great trade. Taubman Centers is an attractive investment at around $50 per a share. TCO has the best locations in the sector and doesn’t carry as much risk as the weaker mall REITs. This research report was produced by The REIT Forum Big Dog Investments We want to discuss two REITs today: Brookfield Property REIT ( Both REITs deal in exceptionally high-quality real estate. They each have substantial exposure to "retail" space within their portfolios. However, we see TCO offering a much better value, given the current share prices for each REIT: Taubman Centers: $50.70 BPR: $20.09 We will start with BPR.
