Mammoth Energy Services ( TUSK ) powers higher after Barclays maintains its Overweight rating and raises its stock price target to $49 from $42, reflecting increased confidence in the duration and probability of TUSK’s contracts with Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority. Under a blue sky scenario in Puerto Rico, Barclays sees as much as ~85% equity upside potential from current levels, assuming TUSK continues to perform reconstruction work through 2019 generating a revenue run rate of $300M/quarter at 25% margins, leading to $1.2B of revenue and $300M in EBITDA. Earlier this week, Imperial Capital kept its Outperform rating and $46 price target on TUSK, saying the company's recent equity offering by selling shareholders should be a long-term positive as it should improve the trading metrics of the stock.
