Texas Roadhouse earnings miss drives stock price down 7.5%, menu prices up Texas Roadhouse Inc. TXRH, -10.22% shares sank 7.5% in Tuesday premarket trading after the restaurant chain reported an earnings miss due to higher labor costs and general and administrative expenses. Texas Roadhouse said it will raise menu prices by about 1.7% in mid-November. "Depending on how much inflation we experience going forward, you may see us take additional pricing during the first half of 2019," Chief Executive Wayne Kent Taylor said on the call, according to a FactSet transcript.
