SAO PAULO, July 30, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Vasta Platform Limited (NASDAQ: VSTA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 18,575,492 of its Class A common shares at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 31, 2020, under the symbol "VSTA" and the offering is expected to close on August 4, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.In connection with the offering, Vasta has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,786,323 Class A common shares at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.Goldman Sachs & Co.
