Ciena up as Loop Capital initiates coverage at BuyLoop Capital has started Ciena (CIEN+1.2%) at Buy, noting it's likely able to grow faster than the market.The company is "the elder statesman of optics hitting its prime," analyst James Kisner writes. It's also likely to benefit in North America as Verizon upgrades its metro network, he says.
