Sheppard, its subsidiary that develops and manufactures steering systems for commercial vehicles has signed a $180 million long-term extension agreement with one of the world’s leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to supply power steering gears for its truck brands in the U.S. This latest agreement further represents an industry endorsement of R.
