In October 2017 , we featured this franchisor due to its consistent profit growth, industry leading profitability, high return on invested capital ( ROIC ), and diversified and resilient business model. Best of all, the stock's valuation provided significant upside. Since then, the stock has more than doubled the performance of the S&P 500 (up 13% vs. S&P up 6%) and the fundamentals have only improved.
