NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Exantas Capital Corp. (NYSE:XAN) (the “Company”) (formerly known as Resource Capital Corp.) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2018. The dividend will be paid on October 26, 2018 to holders of record on September 28, 2018. The Company’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from July 31, 2018 through and including October 30, 2018 in the amount of $0.539063 per share. The dividend will be paid on October 30, 2018 to holders of record on October 1, 2018. About Exantas Capital Corp.
