REUTERS/Eduardo Munoz NEW YORK, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Influential proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has recommended that shareholders of Cimarex Energy Co (XEC.N) vote for its proposed merger with Cabot Oil & Gas Corp (COG.N) , according to a statement seen by Reuters on Thursday.
