VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Liquid Media Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: YVR) (“Liquid” or the “Company”) today announced that on September 19, 2018, the Company was notified that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) has granted the Company’s request for the continued listing of its common shares on Nasdaq, pursuant to an extension through October 15, 2018, by which date the Company must evidence compliance with all applicable requirements for initial listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, which criteria became applicable to the Company as a result of the completion of its merger with Leading Brands, Inc. on August 8, 2018. The Company is taking definitive steps to timely evidence compliance with the applicable initial listing criteria, including the $4.00 bid price, $5 million stockholders’ equity and $15 million market value of publicly held shares requirements.
