(NASDAQ: ZKIN) ("ZKIN", "ZK International" or the "Company"), a designer, engineer, manufacturer, and supplier of patented high-performance stainless steel and carbon steel pipe products that require sophisticated water or gas pipeline systems, today announced its financial results for the fiscal first six months ended March 31, 2018.Financial Highlights for the Fiscal Six Months Ended March 31, 2018:Revenue increased 29.2% year-over-year to $26.6 million as compared to $20.6 million; Gross profit increased 44.6% year-over-year to $8.6 million as compared to $5.9 million; Gross profit margin increased to 32.4% as compared to 29% for the same period in the year prior; Comprehensive net income attributable to ZK International increased 80.04% to $3.82 million; Net income increased 29.3% year-over-year to $3.6 million as compared to $2.8 million; Earnings per share for the fiscal first half of 2018 was $0.29,
