Starting Friday, May 1, Sam's Club is set to increase prices for both its Club and Plus memberships by $10. Sam's Club initially confirmed the price increase in an emailed statement to USA TODAY in March "We have adjusted our membership pricing to support the things our members love," Sam's Club said. The membership price increase comes as Sam's Club plans to open six new stores in six new cities in Tennessee, California and Texas later this year.
