Revises Annual Guidance for its Fiscal Year 2017Announces $50 Million Share Repurchase Authorization CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bojangles’, Inc. (Bojangles’) (NASDAQ:BOJA) today announced financial results for the 13-week third fiscal quarter ended September 24, 2017. Bojangles’ also revised its annual guidance for the 53-week fiscal year 2017 ending on December 31, 2017 and announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $50 million share repurchase program. Highlights for the Third Fiscal Quarter of 2017 Total revenues increased 0.2% to $133.4 million from $133.2 million in the prior year fiscal quarter;System-wide comparable restaurant sales decreased 2.2%, while company-operated comparable restaurant sales decreased 3.3% and franchised comparable restaurant sales decreased 1.5%;10 system-wide restaurants were opened – 4 company-operated restaurants and 6 franchised restaurants;Net Income was $7.0 million as compared to $10.0 million in the prio
