Arcus Biosciences sets terms for IPO, to offer 7.1 million shares priced at $13 to $15 each Arcus Biosciences Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on creating cancer immunotherapies, has set terms for its initial public offering. The company said it is planning to offer 7.1 million shares priced at $13 to $15 each, to raise $99.4 million at the midpoint of the range. The company is planning to list on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker symbol "RCUS." Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Leerink are lead underwriters on the deal.
