(NASDAQ:MRCY) (www.mrcy.com) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Themis Computer (Themis). Based in Fremont, Calif., Themis is a leading designer, manufacturer and integrator of commercial, SWaP-optimized rugged servers, computers and storage systems for U.S. and international defense programs. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Mercury will acquire Themis for an all cash purchase price of $180 million, subject to net working capital and net debt adjustments.
