QTS Realty slides 24% on guidance, reorg; Raymond James downgradesQTS Realty (NYSE:QTS) is taking its biggest fall ever,slipping 24.2% the day after anearnings report that beat expectations but came with guidance that disappointed some, as well as areorganization along with management changesthat will add disruption.Raymond James has downgraded shares two notches, to Underperform from Outperform, pointing to a long-term reorg that will take at least 9-12 months, and leave some uncertainty about gains until 2020.The company's guiding to 2018 EBITDA of $218M-$228M, below expectations for $234.1M, and FFO/share in its core verticals of $2.55-$2.65.
