NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Altaba Inc. (“Altaba” or the “Fund”) (NASDAQ:AABA) today announced that its special meeting of stockholders in connection with the proposed liquidation and dissolution of the Fund will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern time), at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017. At the special meeting, the Fund’s stockholders will meet for the following purposes: (i) to consider and vote upon a proposal to approve the voluntary liquidation and dissolution of the Fund pursuant to the Fund’s previously announced Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution (the “Plan”) and (ii) to grant discretionary authority to the Board of Directors of the Fund (the “Board”) to adjourn the special meeting, even if a quorum is present, to solicit additional proxies in the event that there are insufficient votes at the time of the special meeting to approve the liquidation and dissoluti
