Applied Optoelectronics extended its winning streak to a fourth straight session on Tuesday, jumping 9.48 percent to finish at $117.64 apiece, as investors resumed buying positions on strong confidence for its data transceivers. Earlier this month, Applied Optoelectronics Inc.
