Shane O'Kelly (CEO) Advance Auto Parts MEHMET DEMIRCI Shane O'Kelly, the CEO of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), recently spoke about the company's nascent turnaround. Advance Auto, a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America, had fallen on hard times. A supply chain transformation will be key to continued progress in the turnaround. The Raleigh-based company, which had $8.6 billion in revenue in 2025, has 4200 stores and works with 800 independent dealers. Mr. O'Kelly joined the company two and a half years ago. The company has improved its financial performance since he joined. Advance increased sales at established stores by 1.1% over the previous year after three years of negative results. The company also expanded its adjusted operating income margin by over 200 basis points. The company, though unprofitable, has made progress in this area. The Company's full year 2025 operating loss was $43 million, or (0.5)% of net sales, compared with a loss
