However, the chairman of Disney's board of directors seems to have a bullish forecast on DIS stock. James Gorman, a former Morgan Stanley executive chairman who took over the leadership of Disney's board nearly a year ago, purchased 18,000 shares of DIS stock, according to financial filings that valued the transaction at $2 million.
