Fourth Quarter Highlights Net income available to common stockholders of $3.1 million and $55.6 million for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025, respectively, or $0.05 and $0.92 per diluted share, respectively.FFO of $0.47 and $2.00 per diluted share for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025, respectively, compared to $0.55 and $2.58 per diluted share for the same periods in 2024.Same-store cash Net Operating Income (“NOI”) remained flat and increased 0.5% year-over-year for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025, respectively, compared to the same periods in 2024.Introducing 2026 annual guidance midpoint of $2.03 with a range of $1.96 to $2.10 of FFO per diluted share.Leased 193,000 of office square feet, of which approximately 135,000 is comparable at
