MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Autoscope Technologies Corporation (“Autoscope”) (OTCQX: AATC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.32 per share of common stock, payable on February 12, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of February 5, 2024. As a result of the Board's review of the Company's current financial position and business outlook, the Board determined that the payment of a special dividend was in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders.
