MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Autoscope Technologies Corporation (OTCQX: AATC) today announced results for its quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors has authorized and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on November 24, 2025 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2025. Third Quarter 2025 Financial Summary Royalties decreased 44 percent to $1.9 million in the third quarter of 2025 compared to $3.3 million in the same period in the prior year, due to a drawdown of high inventory levels at our channel partners and as our customers transition to our new Autoscope OptiVu platform.Operating expenses were $1.6 million in the third quarter of 2025, unchanged from $1.6 million in the same period in the prior year.
