(“Almaden” or “the Company”; AMM: TSX; AAU: NYSE American) Offering The amended terms of the offering are as follows: the purchase price of the Units of the Offering has been reduced from $0.41 to $0.37 per Unit. the exercise price of each share purchase Warrant has been reduced from $0.65 to $0.50. The size of the Offering has been increased from up to 4,900,000 Units to up to 5,400,000 Units, which may be increased. All other material terms of the previously announced Offering remain the same.
