(“Abacus” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ABL), a leader in the alternative asset management industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an annual cash dividend of $0.20 per share, to shareholders with an ex-dividend as of December 2, 2025. Under this program, the Company intends to distribute an annual dividend of up to 25% of adjusted net income or up to 55% of recurring revenue.
