Earl Ellis | Panera Bread Panera Bread named Earl Ellis as finance chief of the fast casual restaurant chain. Ellis was most recently CFO of ABM Industries. He previously held senior finance leadership roles at Canadian Tire, Campbell Soup Company, Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola and Best Buy, including as CFO of Best Buy Canada and U.S. senior vice president of finance. Ellis also serves on the Board of Directors of global water technology company Xylem. He succeeds Megan Mikolaichik, who has been interim chief financial officer since January 2025 after its CFO, Paul Carbone, was promoted to CEO. Seun Sodipo | Plaid Plaid named Seun Sodipo as chief financial officer of the fintech. Sodipo joined the company from beauty brand Glossier, where she has been CFO for the last four years.
