SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AltaPacific Bancorp (OTCBB: ABNK), the parent company of AltaPacific Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an expansion of the Company’s share repurchase program by an additional $2.0 million of the Company’s common stock. The Company’s repurchase program was originally announced on May 4, 2012. Since that date, the Company has invested approximately $18.6 million to repurchase and retire approximately 1,592,000 shares of its common stock at an average price of $11.66 per share. During 2018, AltaPacific Bancorp repurchased approximately $8.2 million of its common stock, representing approximately 550,000 shares at an average price of $14.91. The Company currently has approximately 5,698,000 shares of common stock outstanding.
