Abacus Global Management (NYSE:ABX) announced a series of senior leadership appointments, naming a new chief accounting officer and chief investment officer as the alternative asset manager continues to expand its organizational structure. The company said Alexei Solomon has been appointed chief accounting officer and treasurer, while Elena Plesco has been named chief investment officer. Solomon, a certified public accountant with more than two decades of experience, currently serves as Abacus' director of SEC reporting and technical accounting. He previously held roles at Verizon Communications and Vistana Signature Experiences, with experience spanning telecommunications, hospitality and financial services.
