LAKE ZURICH, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE: ACCO), one of the world’s largest designers, marketers and manufacturers of branded academic, consumer and business products, today announced a private offering of $650 million of senior unsecured notes due 2029. The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to redeem all $375 million outstanding principal amount of its 5.25% senior unsecured notes due December 2024, to repay a portion of its outstanding borrowings under its secured revolving credit facility and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering. The redemption of the existing notes will be conditioned on completion of the offering of the new notes.The notes will be offered only to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and outside of the United States only to non-U.S. investors pursuant to Regulation S.
