operating income was $60M, while the company delivered $35M of cost savings in 2025 and has cumulative savings of over $60M since early 2024. EPOS acquisition and synergies : The deal shifts ACCO toward technology peripherals (now ~25% of projected revenues); EPOS generated roughly $90M of sales in 2025 and ACCO expects it to be slightly EBITDA-accretive in year one with ~$15M of near-term annual cost synergies (management also cited up to $50M in potential annual synergies longer-term) and about $7M of restructuring charges in 2026. 2026 outlook : Management guides reported sales flat to +3%, adjusted EPS of $0.84–$0.89 and free cash flow of $75M–$85M (ex-asset sales), while targeting margin expansion via pricing, footprint optimization and continued cost programs and a consolidated leverage ratio of about 3.7x–3.9x.
