(NYSE: ACH) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. Unless otherwise noted, the results herein reflect the Company’s continuing operations, which primarily represent what was previously the Patient Direct segment and certain functional operations.“We ended the fourth quarter with the completion of the sale of the Products & Healthcare Services (P&HS) business on December 31, 2025, and we are extremely excited to embark on the next chapter of our business as Accendra Health.
