March 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- " I and love and you ," the #1 independent pet food brand in the natural channel, today announced the expansion of the Company with the acquisition of Made by Nacho , the culinary-led cat food company co-founded by chef, media personality, and cat dad Bobby Flay and CPG entrepreneur Elly Truesdell. The combined business strengthens the "I and love and you" position in the rapidly growing premium cat category and expands both brands' product portfolios and market distribution.
