The growth of power semiconductors has helped the company double its revenues over the last three years. Still, recent trends indicate a slowdown in EV trends and could impact the purchase of SiC ion implanter machines. While my DCF model indicates upside potential, short-term trends are uncertain as Q1 should significantly decrease QoQ.
