Axcelis' latest order from a leading North American memory maker implies that it has penetrated the three largest memory makers, exposing it to their ongoing capacity expansion projects. I'm estimating Axcelis' memory segment system sales at nearly $625 million through 2028. Axcelis' pending merger with Veeco offers major cross-selling opportunities by leveraging both companies' existing relationships with Tier 1 memory and logic customers.
