Acorda Therapeutics: Situation Getting Worse, Prompting A Restructuring Summary Acorda Therapeutics pre-announced Q3 sales of Inbrija and Ampyra along with a restructuring plan. Ampyra's erosion has slowed down in recent quarters, but further declines are inevitable. Inbrija sales have grown modestly since launch and it doesn't seem like an adequate replacement for Ampyra. Restructuring leaves a lot to be desired - the revenue base is likely to shrink going forward while expenses remain too high. Acorda is not investable. ACOR wrote Inbrija disappoints again, Ampyra holding up (for now) Inbrija sales in Q3 reached $4.9 million, up from $3 million in Q2. The launch trajectory is clearly disappointing and not indicative of a drug capable of reaching hundreds of millions in net sales.
