Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) is a productivity software company whose shares are down by 30% over the past year and by 8.6% year-to-date. The weak share price performance has been accompanied by analyst pessimism as well. For instance, Jefferies cut the share price target to $400 from $500 and reduced the rating to Hold from Buy as it commented that the software company was experiencing difficulty in its lower-end market.
